To post an advert,simply click here and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have registered for an account already, simply login and post your free advert.
Will my Advert appear in any papers?
Zimfreeads classifieds only exists online, and ads placed online will only appear online. We do not publish Free adverts from this site in any papers.
How many ads can I list?
You may place as many ads for different items as you wish, but you should not list the same item multiple times.
How long will my Free ad run for?
All adverts runs for 1000 days but if you wish to remove your ads at any point during this time, you can do so when you log in to your Zimfreeads account.You will also have option to renew your adverts for free.
Why isn’t Place a Free ad working?
Why can’t I log in?
If you are experiencing problems logging in to Zimfreeads, you should first verify that you are using the correct password. You can do this from the forgot Password page. Secondly, ensure that you have cookies enabled in your browser.
Managing Your ads. How can I change a picture?
You can change a picture by first removing the picture you want to replace, and then adding a new one. We have put very simple on-screen instructions to follow. Please contact us anytime if you are unable to do so.
How do I change the price of something I’m advertising?
If an ad isn’t generating much interest, it may be that you have set the price too high. You can change the price or any other part of a advert at any time after the advert has gone live. Log in to your Zimfreeads account and find the item you want to edit in the list and change the price.
How do I remove the ad?
Removing an ad is easy. Go to your Zimfreeads account to access the ad you want to remove in the list. Next to the item, click the delete link and you ad will be withdrawn.
Managing Your Details
How can I update my email address / phone number?
You can update any of your personal details, including your email address and phone number, from the Profile page. Any changes made here take immediate effect.
I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password we can send it to you by email. Visit the Forgot Password page and enter the email address you used when you signed up. The password will be sent to this address. If you no longer have access to the email address you signed up with, the answer is to post a new ad or to create a new Zimfreeads account with a current email address.
Why hasn’t my password reminder arrived?
If you’ve asked to be reminded of your password but the email hasn’t arrived, it’s likely that the email may have been stopped by a junk mail filter. As the reminder email is automatically generated, some email software may mistake it for junk mail and move it to a Junk or Trash folder. If you have a Junk or Trash folder, check for he password reminder there.
How can I change my password?
If you wish to change your password to something more memorable (or if you think someone else may have discovered your password), you can change it at any time. Log in and visit your Profile page, where your password can be changed.
How do buyers contact me?
